Head to Kahuzi-Biega National Park in D.R. Congo, where you will visit and connect with our fellow cousins, the Eastern lowland gorillas.
These are different from the mountain gorillas found in the Virunga Massif and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
You will trek these species of gorillas twice over two days, each time visiting different gorilla families.
During this tour, you will explore two countries, essentially “killing two birds with one stone.”
This means you will also tour Rwanda, primarily visiting Kigali, where you will explore sites such as the Gisozi Genocide Memorial, local markets, historical monuments, and more.
