Bisate Lodge officially opened its doors in 2007 and quickly gained a reputation as one of the top safari lodges in Rwanda.
The lodge’s unique design, which incorporates traditional Rwandan building techniques and materials, was inspired by local village architecture and blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
Bisate Lodge features six spacious and luxurious villas, each with its own private deck and outdoor fireplace.
The villas are designed to maximize views of the surrounding landscape and offer comfortable seating areas, large bedrooms, and en-suite bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs.
The lodge is also accessible by road, with transfers available from Kigali International Airport.
Cost of Booking
The safari tier 1 (premier) rooming and safari activity rate in Rwanda starts from USD 1,800 to USD 2,940 per person per night sharing, on average, with some very exclusive, upmarket, and private experiences costing up to USD 3,000 per person per night.
Inclusions in the Cost
The cost generally includes park fees (with the exception of gorilla permits, chimpanzee, and golden monkey permits), rooming, meals, drinks, guided safari activities such as game drives, and Rwanda hotel taxes (VAT) and service charges.
Single room supplements are extra, and children below 12 have further discounted rates.
